The standard of coverage (SOC) and community risk reduction (CRR) plan provides a rational and systematic method of reducing and responding to the risks identified in the community risk assessment. This document establishes baseline and benchmark response performance standards, provides a basis for measuring service delivery performance, and identifies strategies and performance measures for proactive risk reduction.
East County Fire and Rescue is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, East County Fire and Rescue
