The capital projects plan establishes a long term, prioritized schedule of capital investments to ensure that the district has sufficient resources to fulfill its mission and that critical assets are repaired or replaced before they reach their end of useful life. The capital projects plan provides a basis for development of the district’s annual capital budget.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, East County Fire and Rescue
