IN AN EMERGENCY
- CALL 911 |
|
 |
- Construction completed in May, 2008
- Built without increasing taxes. Current fire levy is
repaying councilmatic bonds. Bonds were recently re-financed to
obtain a smaller interest rate. Significant savings were
obtained on the refinanced bonds after the Fire District
obtained a Standard & Poors rating of A+ (excellent, especially
for a government entity that has only one source of tax
revenue).
